We ensure each nanny is emotionally, mentally, and professionally ready to care for your child.

Yes. All nannies are certified through accredited Nanny & Babysitter Training Programs and
hold valid First Aid & CPR Certificates.
We also conduct ongoing training and evaluations to maintain the highest standards.

Yes. All our nannies are registered under BPJS Health Insurance, ensuring they have access to
proper medical care when needed.

We will share several nanny profiles that best fit your family’s lifestyle and needs.
You can review, interview, or even request a trial period before making your final decision.

Booking is easy:

  1. Fill out our consultation or booking form.
  2. We’ll send you nanny profiles that match your requirements.
  3. You may schedule an interview or trial.
  4. Once confirmed, we proceed with the agreement, administration fee, and booking
    confirmation.

Our agency fee starts from IDR 2,000,000 – 7,000,000 / year, depending on:

  • Duration of service
  • Nanny type and category
  • Guarantee period

(This does not include the nanny’s monthly salary )

This fee covers placement, documentation, replacement guarantee, and ongoing support.

The monthly salary starts from IDR 5,000,000 – 12,000,000, depending on:

  • Work duration
  • Number of children
  • Experience & skills
  • Location and schedule

We take great care to ensure the right match for each family, so this process may vary depending
on your preferences and our current waiting list.

No worries — we provide a replacement guarantee within the contract period.
Our team will help you find a suitable replacement at no additional cost.

Most of our nannies speak basic English for daily communication.
Some have intermediate or fluent English levels, depending on experience.
Other languages available upon request include Russian, Mandarin, Dutch, Arabic, Cantonese,
and Korean.

We offer both options:

  • Live-in: The nanny stays full-time with your family.
  • Live-out: The nanny commutes daily.

All options include agreed day-offs and transport arrangements.

You’ll need to pay:

  • The administration fee to the agency, and
  • Two weeks of nanny salary in advance as a deposit.

Monthly salary is then paid directly to the nanny according to your agreed schedule.

You can extend anytime by contacting our team — we’ll prepare a new agreement to ensure a
smooth continuation of service.

Yes, absolutely.
Our team provides continuous communication and support throughout your nanny’s contract.

If any issue arises, we’ll assist promptly to ensure both sides remain comfortable and satisfied.

Please notify us at least 14 days in advance.
You’ll need to settle any outstanding nanny salary payments.
As stated in our agreement, administration and registration fees are non-refundable.

We understand that emergencies can happen.
However, all administration and registration fees are non-refundable.
The assigned nanny will then be transferred to another family.

If your contract is still active, you can:

  • Continue paying at least 50% of the nanny’s salary to keep her on standby.
    If not, we can’t guarantee her future availability since nannies also support their families.
    Once you return, we’ll do our best to reassign her depending on availability.
    (All guarantees and consequences will be discussed case by case.)
